Transfers and tour guides were right on time, so that was nice; and the one problem I had (stateside) was handled quickly and professionally by their Las Vegas office. However, Viator might consider a bit of "mystery shopping" of the tours it contracts out, as some guides at those tour companies could use a little improvement.
