We hadn't used an organised tour company before, but only had a short time in Rome and needed some help. We found the website very useful and quick to find the package that best suited us and the booking voucher process fast too. Our guides were easy to find, very organised, knowledgeable, friendly and looking to help where ever they could. We had a great experience and will definitely use Viator again. Highly recommended
