Easy to book, good prices, great customer service. I had a question about where to park for our tour in Nice, and was connected through to the tour guide herself. She spoke perfect English, was friendly and gave me 3 good recommendations and made me feel like she was welcoming an old friend to her hometown. We got several email reminders before tour date. The tour did not disappoint. Would definitely use Viator again.
