I booked three tours for the two days we were in New York - Top of the Rock tickets, a night cruise with dinner and champagne on the Hudson and a full day tour. I booked them all from England before we left and found the website very good and when I needed to phone the London office a couple of times with queries, I found everyone I spoke to very polite, helpful and friendly. I was recommended to Viators by a friend and we have recommended them to other friends in our turn. We found them excellent.
