Viator cancelled a walking tour I had booked in Zargreb in April. They sent email well before walk was scheduled to inform me of cancellation and promised a refund???? almost 5 months later, no refund, emails sent citing bank difficulties? and promises! I seriously doubt any refund is coming, lost $85.00 aud.
Shame! I have booked many walks. tours etc with Viator and thought it was a trusted brand, not again!
