Why did they CHARGE ME for a trip that THEY cancelled?
My bank charges fees for overseas transaction but I do NOT recover them when Viator Credit me. I booked the trip in good faith and then Viator cancelled my trip. WHY CHARGE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
