The tour guide contacted us 18 mins after the start time of the tour to say the tour was cancelled.
Viator customer service were not interested in our complaint and in response, simply listed out an extract from their T&Cs.
It’s an appalling set-up, with appalling customer service an d clearly appalling tour operators. Avoid at all costs.
