DO NOT USE THEM.
I booked an Italy colloseum tour and their app took us to the wrong meeting point, and we missed our tour and ruined our trip. I told them what happened and they would not refund!
The viator app and team are complete rubbish and won’t give your money back.
We came from australia to do this and they ruined our entire trip.
