Appears the signage that states, “refunds for cancellations of your trip are easy” is not really always true.
“Not for that trip” was our recent response.
“Even though your web site says refunds for cancellations are easy?”
Every tour is different.
Knowing this. We are leaving aviator for “Get Your Guide”
Simply terrible- bait and switch.
