Another user wrote this recently: "You get the prize for the most user-belligerent app of the year." and I couldn't agree more. Tried to deal with their 'Help' service over six weeks and just became more and more frustrated. I reached out to their support team via email and to an executive via LinkedIn and did not receive a reply. Luckily I only lost ~$25 compared with some of the other losses on this site. Steer clear!
