We booked a evening gondola ride in Venice Italy. When we arrived the gondola ride was canceled due to rainy weather. I contacted Viator via their website to get a refund. After several days I was advised that information had been confirmed and a refund would be credited to my credit card. Have used Viator several times and have been pleased. Will use Viator in the future
