Two day trips booked in Australia and contacted by providers to cancel them at short notice. Big headache trying to rebook, one while I was in transit to Melbourne. Have used Viator before with no issues but this has been stressful.
They don’t even get involved just leave all contact to provider so you may as well book direct - which we have now done.
