I strongly recommend anybody to google the local providers and skip using Viator. They, naturally, increase the price and add NO VALUE.
If you reserve through them and something goes wrong (and many things can go wrong), they will never take your side despite you been their customer. They will prefer to be on the side of the service provider, despite any evidence that you, their customer, is right. They will not act like any tour operator, and try to accomodate. Besides making you wait a long time in the phone, they will do nothing else for you.
