We booked a sailing trip to Rottnest Island. When we arrived at the jetty there was no yacht there. We called operator Wind Cheater Charters. They stated the booking info arrived late. Clearly they decided to just ignore it.
While I acknowledge the fault lies with Wind Cheater Charters, VIATOR has not refunded our $400 despite the operator cancelling the trip (after failing to turn up!) On 24 January.
