Hey Viatu team, We had a great and unforgettable adventure in Namibia! Thanks a lot to Barbara for this great itinery! One highlight was for sure the Etdendeka Hike! Also big thanks to Rea, who was always there to help. We will surel recommend your company. Nevertheless there is some little room for improvement. 1.) Five half-day game drives in Etosha in three days are a bit too much, especially if the ride from the lodge takes always 45 min one way. Two full day game drives would have been easier and cheaper, to be honest. 2.) Some of the trip infos in the app were misleading & incomplete, such as - At Etosha it showed only three not five game drives - Schedules were mixed up (Checkout Times with activities) - Type of accomodation (Fullboard vs. B&B) was sometimes incorrect. In most cases luckly for our advantage I really like the idea of a travel app, thats why it is so crucial that it is correct. 3.) The pickup upon arrival to the car rental did not work but we could arrange it ourselves. Thanks a lot, once again! Take care, Caro & Nils
