SCAMMERS - DO NOT buy from these people. I ordered a rug from them through Amazon. The advert stated "Grey" or "Light Grey". The "Grey" looked a dark grey on the photo so that's the one I ordered. The size was advertised as "160cm X 230cm". When it arrived it was folded in half and packaged so tightly. So this has left a mark and creases that will never come out. It was also very "Light Grey" in colour. The main issue was the size. It measured 159cm x 218cm. Where was the rest of it? I have complained several times. Their responses were: 1. They only advertise ONE grey colour. 2. If I hoover it every day, the marks and the creases will eventually come out. 3. All manufacturers allow a 5% + / - variation in the size. Complete and utter rubbish. After reading the reviews (which I wish I had before I ordered), the majority of the reviews are all the exact same complaints as I have. A lot of them state that they have had to return the item at their own cost and are still waiting for refunds. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SCAMMERS. SCAMMERS.
