“Undersized, discoloured rug. They have lied and refused to acknowledge the issues. £60 down the drain for me, Viceroy Bedding £60 up for some scrap fabric.”
“Bought a Rug, which when arrived looked nothing like the picture, also the sizing was different to what I ordered. Sent product back , cost me £12.95 for postage. They have received it back, I have proof of delivery. Not had any refund and they are ignoring my emails. DONT BUY FROM THIS CUSTOMER!”
“Why are these people still aloud to trade I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund I purchased 2 duvets and kept 1 returned 1 and nothing won't even respond to emails calls letter”
“30th March 2020 purchased towels, since then no delivery of the same.
Made 4 phone calls to the company, each time was told it's with the courier. I then followed this up with an email to which there has been no response.”
“Bought a large deep pile living room rug in from this outfit. As soon as we opened it bits started coming away but we thought it was just because it was new and needed time to settle. But we were wrong. The rug is terribly badly bound and the long threads are coming out literally in handfuls. If I empty my vacuum cleaner bin and go over the rug it fills with at least a tennis ball worth of fibres. Since I hoover every day it won't be long before there is only the backing left!! My mum was staying with us for a few days and couldn't believe how much it fell apart while she was here. Clumps were falling out from around the edges at this point.
I emailed the seller twice and was completely ignored so I lodged a claim with PayPal which they also ignored. PayPal wanted me to return it for a refund (at my expense!!) and as it weighs a lot I didn't see the point. Why should I be out of pocket returning a faulty item!?
AVOID this seller at all costs. They don't care once they have your money. They are on Ebay, Amazon and have their own website from what I can see online.”

“Item didn't fit. Seller was asked to contact twice but did not do so. Conditions for return stated can't return if been opened. How can you check something without opening it? Very disappointed with item and service. Downright rude to just ignore someone.”
