Terrible!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and after two weeks sent an email. I did get a response and I asked to have them canceled. They magically couldn’t because they’d shipped already. Then sent a Chinese tracking number, which I cannot read. I’m sure I’ll never see them! It’s been over a month now.
