Placed an order on 11/9/19 and as of 12/15/19 I have still not received it (nor any real information about where it is or when to expect it). After 2 inquiries I was eventually informed it is "stuck in customs" but as I am moving to a different state in 1 week, I will not be here to receive the item IF it ever gets here. I informed the vendor of this and requested a cancellation via email but received no response. There was nothing on their website that indicated shipments come from China, but they do. The tracking info provided tracks the item within China but not beyond. I finally submitted a charge dispute to my credit card company and it is in progress.
