Overall good. Items are always nicely packaged & with very few delivery issues.
Better in 'the old days' however, with discounts & free postage, (the reason why I shopped initially) but change is inevitable....sigh....
I've been 'with' VH for literally years & years - a 'real' loyalty scheme would be really good - as with other companies - but not one that has to be paid for (& gives a discount in return)
I like Jo & Natalie in the office.
I mostly trust VH.
