Been purchasing Superior Joints from Victoria Health for many years. During that time the service has always been excellent.
As to the product, it's difficult to say how effective it is. I started to use it for preventative purposes as I'd had some mild problems with my knees. The knees are still working ok, but now have intermittent back problems. Not sure if the product actually helps, but continue to take it just in case.
