This is the second request I received from VH to leave a review but I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I sent an email last week asking if they knew where it was exactly but did not hear back. Chances are, if it was handed off to USPS, and especially USPS in Chicago, then it will be some time until it is actually delivered. I wish VH offered the same type of self-service tracking of packages once they hit the US like Trinny London and Kettlewell Colours do. That way I would not have to sit and wonder where my package is today. It has been about 3 weeks. Looking forward to my products though. Found similar products at my local pharmacy that I am using until my VH ones arrive. Unless I really love the products I receive, I do not see myself purchasing from VH again unless they offer an shipping type upgrade upon checkout like DHL. (DHL is amazing for orders from the UK to the US. I get delivery within days and can track all the way to my doorstep Love them!)
