I absolutely rate VH and must say I dont feel so joint achy, but the real reason i bought these was for skin benefit and i havent seen an improvement yet. This is my 5th month and they are expensive compared to viridian and other cool brands. I have quite thin skin and really need a plumpy wrinkle boost, now in my 50s so i just dont know weather to try something else. I also take the recommended Skin Restoring Ceramides and still look haggered! xx
