I've used Victoria Health for a number of years. I have had problems with the Amazon delivery service and I do prefer Royal Mail. I contacted Victoria Health to complain about a delivery made by Amazon and was told I could request a Royal Mail delivery instead - which is what I did. Unfortunately it still came via Amazon. Amazon deliveries are just left on my doorstep and some drivers don't even knock the door.
