Box of Enterosgel came very damaged. Looked as if it had badly stored. Not sure why the packer would use a damaged box. Haven’t used Smooth Upper Lip as I see there is retinol in the product and as I have sensitive skin I feel reticent to use a product with retinol. I believe this should have been made clear when advertising the product. Finally the instant eye relief spray mechanism works periodically. It seems to be damaged or the mechanism doesn’t work. All in all disappointing.
