The items are great however my last purchase process was disappointing. Item came up as only two left. Placed an order meaning a $15 delivery fee, but emailed them saying I had wanted to order more. A few hours later suddenly the low stock issue was resolved, but I got a response the next day saying nothing they could do to amend my order. Disappointing. Made me wonder if the ' low stock' was actually genuine or a way to boost orders.
Update - thanks for taking the time to respond to my review but please don't ask me to 'contact customer service since they were actually part of my original concern. How about asking them to reach out to me instead?
