Love the products but the packing and delivery service needs some attention.
First order I placed arrived with a missing item due to bag being ripped. Item was resent fairly quickley.
Second order arrived with bag open and no products. Again, no problem with replacing order but package arrived with free samples but no item, apologies made by customer service and resent, arrived ok this time. Its making me think twice about ordering from here again.
