I love the products they sell, and I know I am getting good quality, reliable products. They used to package orders really nicely when they used Royal Mail, but since they changed to Amazon shipping it is terrible. They just stick things in their flat packaging, without any care. My last order had two items missing, and the packaging wasn't secure! VH customer service sent out replacements immediately. I do expect a better delivery service from VH. And I have marked them down for this review because of that.
