Previously I would have given 5 stars as I've been purchasing products for a year or two from Victoria Health and always received good customer care, speedy answers to questions I had about products I was thinking to use. I have been waiting approximately 2 weeks for an email response about a faulty product and a query about application of the items I purchased. I even sent a follow up and no response.
