I've been buying from VH for four or five years and have always been very happy with the products and service (great product range, wealth of information in the newsletters and online, quick delivery and sustainable packaging). I recently became a VH Addict as I'll be buying a particular supplement regularly for a family member who finds the tablets of great benefit. However, on this occasion, I bought a product that I wished to return and, having read the terms, asked if it was eligible within the required timeframe, and got no response to my e-mail - on two occasions.
