Unfortunately my magnolia rhodiola did not arrive after Shabir kindly suggested this would hopefully help with a very stressful ongoing family matter. Nearly 10 days later I contacted customer service who informed me the three bottles had been lost in transit by Amazon. I was assured they would be sent again immediately with Royal Mail but again nothing arrived. I again contacted customer service and this time they had got held up in picking or something similar. I asked for a full refund. Very disappointed.
