I ordered some gorgeous skin care as Christmas gifts, plus a GOW vitamin C serum for myself. When I came to use it, the pump didn’t work, so I emailed first thing to get advice. After a very quick response with advice, it still didn’t work so Jo despatched a new one, which arrived the next day. Super impressed with the service, and the product is really lovely, leaving my skin soft and glowy. VH never disappoints.
