First of all, Jo at Customer Services is ACE! 👍 Super efficient! Always very pleasant and helpful. No hard sell, just useful guidance to what I was looking for. This time, shampoo for itchy scalp. Shampoo has lessened the itchiness and I found it comfortable to use. Thank you, Jo! Love the way the product was packaged, and the box was such a bliss to open! I would give 5 out of 5 just for that! I received my product the very next day by Royal Mail. Such a joy! Thank you! If only you sell EVERYTHING, including food.
