I've been taking Dopa-Mind on the recommendation of Shabir Daya for 12 weeks now and have found a lot of relief from my hand tremor, which I'm now thinking I have Parkinsons. Can I still continue with Dopa-Mind and what else would you recommend I take. I'm reluctant to take medication because of the long term side effects.
