I bought Glucosamine and Chondroitin because my usual supply has changed to Phytodroitin and it doesn't seem to work as well. It is early to assess effectiveness but I think it is an improvement - Thank you. However i am finding the tablets extremely difficult to swallow - large, sharp edged, tend to stick, painful as they go down. On the positive side, ordering, payment and delivery processes were all excellent.
