VH is my first go to as I have followed G & S since the early What’s the Alternative days via my menopause and to DoSe. Whenever I have a health issue I check options via newsletters, product info and occasionally directly with them as an Addict. It is so rare there days to contact a human so directly without phone bouncing and form filling. I’ have successfully followed advice for remedies eg digestion issues without having to have stronger medication.
