Am super gutted. Spent hours researching and read incredible reviews for these products but neither have worked for me. Now have spots, itching and redness that I didn’t have before, and I struggle to believe it’s purging. Did contact customer service about the vitamin c burning but sadly the advice didn’t help. I have also never used these products at the same time as I know they can cause irritation but has still had issues. Overall, disappointing. Really wanted to love this brand!
