amazing customer service, i had accidentally put my mum's address and emailed them next day, they adjusted it on the system and shipped the product same day (free delivery), got it next day. As for the product...OMG i have eye chazion that wouldnt go away, tried everything. I started using it on my eye three times a day for about 10mins, and its nearly gone now (you cant imagine the relief....)! So yes 10/10 for both product and customer service!
