I tend to skip the overlong letter to customers because I realised that it was just a load of sanctimonious flannel to sell stuff, the 'discount' is just yet another way to sell stuff but make the customer feel virtuous, I really dislike it, although I do always read which piece of music is mentioned at the end, I hope that it's more than one person writing this nonsense, eventually it will be done by AI.
