Having tried 3 other well known collagen supplements over a long period and being ever the sceptic, I decided to try the Dose collagen as I trust Victoria Health, the science they provide to support their products and the excellent advice from Shabir. I am 6 weeks in and my nails are much stronger, but most noticeably, my thinning hair is finally showing good REGROWTH, especially around the temples. I will continue for at least 3 months and continue to monitor the results. My confidence and faith is restored!
