I paid for a tap in early September and was told to expect it in a week
I am still waiting for the tap to arrive
I've e-mailed many times and no response
The telephone helpline doesn't take non trade calls
Horrible service - they've taken my money, not delivered my product and not responding to me. Afraid to say that's a scam rather than a company
