Worst customer service ever
Ordered a bathroom a month ago.
Got an email telling me the delivery was rescheduled without my knowledge. Went on messaging and they put it back to the day I wanted. 2 days before my order should arrive I get told the different items aren't coming by different people. Called customer service and had phone put down on my like the other reviews. Phone always rang through and went unanswered even though it was picked up. I have no idea what is turning up tomorrow! Hoepfully a bathroom and not nothing.
Worst customer service ever. Will not buy from them again and will not recommend. If anything is wrong with my order I will be fuming because I don't want to deal with their custoner service ever again.”
“Shocking post sale service. Ordered a toilet and fitting kit. Only the fitting kit turned up-asked the driver where the toilet is, he just turned around and drove off, not a word.
Used the Call and WebChat but all they kept saying was we'll send an email. That was two days ago. Asked for a refund, they said 14 days to process - who takes 14 days to process a refund.
Now when I call in, the number just cuts straight off.”

Missing parts in boxes -
I have a cabinet with no fixings inside the box !!! - £252 no use
I have Orchard shower tray riser system for quadrant anti-slip shower trays - £105 missing
Orchard 6mm right handed offset quadrant shower missing support pole - £385 missing
Bath leg supports missing.
No customer service as over 72 hours after delivery. The complete order was £2600.
We ordered in good time for the bathroom to be fitted and employed a bathroom fitter to install.
Who would go through every item a week before the fitting was due to commence ??? They had to be stacked in our spare bedroom until required.

“Whilst delivering my daughters order, the truck pulled in too sharp and clipped my daughters car, leaving the parts all over the road! The driver and his mate blatantly denied this. The company were contacted but no action taken! Totally unacceptable.”

“Avoid like the plague. We purchased close to £2000 worth of bathroom parts and never received a £50 tap. My partner took delivery and they brought the kit in and asked that we later check if there any issues and get back to them within 5 days. They did not check the items delivered individually and tick them off as I have found other suppliers do, nor they they ask us to sign confirming receipt. We later found that the tap wasn’t there and contacted support who said they had a photo of the tap in the van (they may as well have had one in the warehouse for all that’s worth) and the tap never came back to the depot so they consider the matter closed. This is despite their terms online stating they will replace missing parts if reported within 7 days and them stating to us in correspondence that they photograph the item in the van and again once delivered, even though they wouldn’t provide a photo taken once delivered when we queried, which is because they didn’t take one. Thankfully it was a cheaper item missing, but I’m staggered by how unhelpful support were and what poor policies they have. On principle, we are taking this up with the small claims court and I’m leaving this review to try and help anyone else being duped by these cowboys.”
“Absolutely abysmal customer service. No regard for their customers what so ever.
Purchased a vanity sink, and the plumber noticed it was damaged. I waited almost an hour to chat to Alex who by the way was extremely rude.
Responding with pre written responses, saying they won't be offering me anything as it had been installed.
Rather alarming as many other companies take responsibility of their damaged goods.
Pathetic company defo avoid by all costs.”
“After purchasing a vanity unit basin & mixer tap , the tap was installed but leaked through the basin even when it was removed & repositioned by the plumber who also noted it had all gone rusty ! It took several attempts to sort this out with this ridiculous chat they have in place !! I secured a refund after a few chats waited for it to come only to have to contact & ask how long it would be to then be asked after nearly a week what was my account number & sort code !!! Not asked this at the time guessed my name address & order number they had would have been enough ! So have now emailed that information to them I’ll wait & see what happens ! Won’t bother buying again , will go there’s people who have the courtesy to speak to me .”
“Awful design and install service literally took weeks to get any updates on a very small bathroom design, at every point it was me chasing, then minor changes take days to amend, loads of promises/commitments failed around timescales (the whole time they are bombarding your inbox with sales/deals you can't take advantage of as they are so terribly slow) completed the same request at 2 other major suppliers and had full designs in under 48 hours, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!”

Sink delivered damaged tried and tried to get in touch via their CHAT helpline with no success they just cut you off.
No telephone number no email address take your money and run, they seem proffered but offer unfriendly difficulties when trying to arrange replacement.

“Terrible company. Ordered 2 kitchen worktops that were awful quality. Organised a return, took a month to collect them. Then waited for my refund- nothing. Multiple emails to customer care who couldn't care less. Still no refund. Appalling service will never shop here again and would advise others not too either.
Also taps never arrived, they still took the payment and would not refund so basically spent about £400 and have nothing to show for it!”
“Victoria Plum is a sh*t company. They deal in theft and fraud and when you try and track the order guess what? It was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. But try and get in touch with them and a bot is programmed to thank you for your enquiry and then IGNORES YOU. Take my advice and don't use them.”
“I have never in my life dealt with such a let down of a company ….yeh everything looks all glossy and good when infact they are by far totally S*** …order placed 27th November were now 14th Dec…no sign of it …I agree with every other review on here …they must be paying people to leave feedback on trustpilot! Only reason it could possibly be positive. I have heard every excuse in the book …well actually that’s not true …same s*** different agent! He even told me he’d refunded delivery …really …must be pigeon post taking it to bank! “Do not order with this company! They will take your money for items they do not have in stock and cannot source and will not return it. They also promise to have a no quibble money back policy and they promise to repsond to emails within 48hrs. This is not the case. You will be chasing and chasing and they lie to you at every opportunity.
I ordered a 1900mm bath panel the beginning of October and paid extra for specified delivery date and time. It did not arrive, despite several emails asking me how the service was, and to check my item which was followed by a cancelled delivery email because they didn't have the item.
They then continued to pushed the delivery back and cancel it again only contacting me the afternoon before. As it had been almost a month with them moving the date and me organising being home, with no explanation as to why they couldn't get the product.
I obviously requested a refund, this was the 11th November and my money has still not been returned to my account. After endless chasing! Despite being told 5 days 14 days, 5 days, make your mind up and return the money. They could not fulfil the order, they have not kept to their no quibble returns policy and they do not respond in the promised time policy. Disgusting service and u am STILL yet to receive my money back! I have the email trail for proof and have had to start a complaint with the ombudsmen and trading standards as not getting anywhere with them directly. Don't waste your time with them.”
“Utility tap came loose and started to fall over. The plastic shield that was meant to support the tap had broken. Poor quality product as this should have been steel fitting. Emailed them got a ticket number back. I have been on chat with them twice with still no info. They said they were waiting for manufacture to come back. Atrocious company will never use them again. As repeated by reviews no customer service or phone number, sounds like a Sham company. Tap only a few months old never used and cost £170. Expect more!”
“There was an item missing in our delivery. There was photographic evidence it was not delivered but they refused to send us the item because it was more than 3 days since delivery. They wanted us to buy the item again! No telephone number and customer service was with a “bot” then a supporter followed by an equally unhelpful manager online. Terrible”
