Then I changed my mind about 1 item, so I called to arrange for it to be returned. They collected it, albeit a day late, but customer service again was good. The only issue is that the refund takes a while, about 10 days... But all in all, a pretty smooth experience. I paid the extra to get everything delivered inside my flat, well worth the money as bathroom kit can be quite heavy!”

The items remained in our house for a number of weeks before the builder was able to review it. After some design changes in the loft, we decided that we didnt need the shower screens. Victoria Plum were awesome and agreed to take back the shower screens without issue or question. Even sent a courier to get it all, free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Shame Victoria Plumbing arent this good.”
