Awful design and install service literally took weeks to get any updates on a very small bathroom design, at every point it was me chasing, then minor changes take days to amend, loads of promises/commitments failed around timescales (the whole time they are bombarding your inbox with sales/deals you can't take advantage of as they are so terribly slow) completed the same request at 2 other major suppliers and had full designs in under 48 hours, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
