Absolutely abysmal customer service. No regard for their customers what so ever.
Purchased a vanity sink, and the plumber noticed it was damaged. I waited almost an hour to chat to Alex who by the way was extremely rude.
Responding with pre written responses, saying they won't be offering me anything as it had been installed.
Rather alarming as many other companies take responsibility of their damaged goods.
Pathetic company defo avoid by all costs.
