My complaint relates to the sink detailed below that I purchased and paid for and was delivered on 14th May 2021 which was the wrong size. Even buying the item under the guidance of my professional plumber the website was confusing in terms of working out sink/bowl/cut out size.
I returned the item by dpd courier on 17th May 2021 at 9.09am to the required address. The tracking number has been retained and evidenced.
I am concerned that despite the documented return of the item a month ago i have still not been refunded and communication is virtually impossible. Other than the delivery driver, noone has spoken with me from VP at all.
I feel this is more fraud than poor customer service.
