Doesn't even deserve one star! Placed the order for 'next day' delivery, 5 days ago and after speaking to agents for 3 days - today i am told there is some issue with the order and they can't find it! I am going to raise a serious complaint against them using help@victoriaplum.com. Don't have any hope though as they have been terrible so far!
