Horrendous company, worst customer service ever experienced, can't speak to a human. Ordered 2 radiators back in April, issues with our order, got cancelled then sent the wrong radiator, then the one we had ordered was out of stock so we requested a refund and we can't get out £405.00 back. We have now contacted trading standards. No customer service, no way of escalating an issue or dealing with management, appalling!! Please avoid this company
