Ordered a corner unit plus basin tap and waste. Description stated opening at back for pipe work. When it arrived we checked the item. The opening was on the opposite side to the pipe work.
I then had an absolutely nightmarish time trying to order a return. No phone no e mail, just this chat which would only allow you to say what they wanted to hear.
I am not young and this experience has been very depressing. What happened to proper decent service. They should not be allowed to trade in this way. I now have to pay almost 50 pounds for a return on this item.
