We paid for next day delivery of a toilet, paid for someone to be here to install it, driver arrived to say “ sorry we smashed it another out to you tomorrow “. What?
No way of contacting Victoria Plum to see if what they say is true or to discuss situation and when we input our account number on CHAT it doesn’t recognise us.. worse customer service ever.. we are still at this moment trying to make any sort of contact and failing miserably.. I cannot bring myself to even give 1 star
